'DoughMaestro's Pizzaville' started with a humble ambition: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. The Taylor family laid our foundations in 1985, establishing a quaint, family-operated pizzeria imbued with recipes passed down from ancestors.

Emily Taylor, our visionary, mastered the craft of pizza in Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was conceived. Back in the UK, their aim was to replicate the genuine taste of Italian pizza, sticking to original practices and the finest components.

Our initial small 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished neighborhood gem, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness stays firm. We consistently apply traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough freshly each day, and choose top-tier ingredients with care.

Retaining its family roots, 'DoughMaestro's Pizzaville' is now steered by the second generation of the Taylor family, guiding our enthusiastic crew. Even with a few contemporary updates, our mission endures: to serve scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites folks.
